If it coincides with prayer times, holidays, or Ramadan, only the exterior can be viewed (opens after 4 PM on Fridays). Victoria: The World\'s Smallest Capital We begin our day\'s journey in Victoria, the world\'s smallest capital city. Visit the "Little Ben" clock tower and the bustling Victoria Market. As we navigate the winding, serpentine Sans Souci Road, imagine the early tourists to Mahé Island traveling by rickshaw or walking along this same road. The centuries-old towering trees lining the road are among the most beautiful sights on Mahé Island. Panoramic Views and Scenic Drive At the site of the church school on the mountaintop, enjoy a panoramic view of the tea plantations below. Driving along the southwestern part of Mahé Island, you will encounter breathtaking scenery. Along the way, you\'ll see tall vanilla trees, small cardamom trees, cinnamon trees, and lush red ginger flowers lining the road. The air is filled with the unique fragrances of the tropical rainforest. Creole Lunch and Beach Relaxation We will stop along the coast to enjoy a Creole-style lunch. After lunch, relax, unwind, and swim on the beach. Artisanal Craft Village On our way back to Victoria, we will visit a local handicraft village, where you\'ll have the chance to see traditional artisans creating and selling oil paintings, coconut crafts, model ships, and unique local jewelry.

Cruise at sea

Sail on a traditional local dugout canoe across Diego Bay; in about an hour, you will reach the Emerald Sea, where the waters are like a whole piece of crystal-clear emerald. The diverse colors and varieties of corals and fish are stunning and mesmerizing. Here, you can swim, sunbathe, or participate in snorkeling, kite surfing, windsurfing, and other activities at your own expense. Afterwards, head to a local fishing village to explore the lives of the local fishermen. Visit French Mountain, the best place to overlook Diego city and the Emerald Sea. If you are a hiking enthusiast, it is worth spending two to three hours climbing French Mountain. The trail is well-maintained, and along the way, you can see baobab trees, lemurs, and other unique flora and fauna. At French Mountain, explore the numerous military relics left from the colonial period, then proceed to Cape Erosion to visit the lighthouse and old cannons.

The island’s volcanoes are still active, with breathtaking volcanic sites and landforms. With 30 million years of history, this island boasts a unique primal charm. Emerald-green forests stretch along the winding mountain ranges, covering this tiny island. Sapphire-clear waters outline the winding coastline, surrounding the island. Your journey in Réunion begins with a long bus ride that takes you to the southwest of La Plaine des Cafres. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the beautiful scenery of coastal villages and travel along the Tamarind Road to reach your first destination, the Nez de Boeuf peak. Take some time to savor the mesmerizing volcanic canyon views and make the most of your camera. Next, you will head to the Pas de Bellecombe, where you can admire the grandiose Piton de la Fournaise crater, the highlight of this trip. Standing at an elevation of 2,632 meters, Piton de la Fournaise is a basaltic shield volcano. During eruptions, it spews large amounts of red-hot lava, which flows down to merge with the waters of the eastern Indian Ocean, creating a spectacular sight. Alongside Kilauea, Etna, and Stromboli, Piton de la Fournaise is one of the world\'s most active and remarkable volcanoes. This tour includes a 1.5-hour drive and is not suitable for guests with vertigo or heart conditions. Visibility from advantageous viewpoints is weather-dependent (fog or mist) and cannot be guaranteed. This journey will take you from sea level to an altitude of over 2,300 meters (7,545 feet).

Disembarkation and Dolphin Bay Visit After breakfast, disembark from the cruise and head to Dolphin Bay to watch dolphins. You will have the chance to go out to sea by speedboat and observe dolphins up close. Those who enjoy swimming can dive into the water for an up-close interaction and even touch the dolphins.
